Gloworx lights are designed to support children's bedtime routines, transitioning from the busy day to restful sleep. Our lights have soft auditory and visuals which help relax the mind and feel a sense of comfort before bed.
2. How do Gloworx lights help children sleep better?
Gloworx products use a combination of gentle, rhythmic sounds and soft, comforting lights to create an ideal sleep environment. Key features include:
- White noise to mimic the womb, helping children feel safe and calm.
- Red light to reduce alertness and promote relaxation.
- Lullabies or ambient sounds that can regulate heart rate and breathing, helping children sleep more deeply.
3. Are Gloworx lights safe for children?
Yes, safety is our top priority. All Gloworx products are designed and tested to meet strict safety standards in New Zealand and Australia. Our products are made from non-toxic, child-safe materials, and the LED lights are energy-efficient and cool to the touch, ensuring they are safe for use in all rooms.

4. Where do you ship to?
We offer shipping to New Zealand and Australia.
5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location eg (rural takes longer):
- Across New Zealand: 2-3 business days.
- Australia: 7-10 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
6. How much does shipping cost?
NZ Shipping: A flat rate fee of $12 nationwide
AU Shipping: A flat rate fee of $22 nationwide
Returns & Exchanges
7. What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gloworx purchase. If you’re not happy with your product, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy.
- The product must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
- Please contact hello@gloworx.co.nz to initiate the exchange.

RETURN TYPES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- Full Priced Items: Are eligible for a full refund or store credit
- Any discounted Items: Are eligible for a store credit only.
- Discounted Items that are 50% or more will not be able to be returned.

Warranties
8. Do Gloworx products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Gloworx products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs. Please email hello@gloworx.co.nz within the 12-month timeframe if you wish to claim a warranty.Â

For external care of your Gloworx product, simply wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Always turn off and unplug the product before cleaning it.
