We want you to experience the benefits of having our lights in your home which is why we offer FREE SHIPPING IN NEW ZEALAND 

NZ Tracked Nationwide

  • FREE
  • Allow 3 business days for delivery 

AUS Tracked Nationwide

  • $22 AUD Flat rate 
  • Or spend over $120 AUD to get FREE SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA
  • Allow 7-10 business days for delivery 

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
  • Weekend orders are processed on the following Monday.
  • All orders come with a tracking number. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

Delays

  • Delivery times may vary due to the NZ Post Delivery Network & Gloworx Lights are not responsible for any delays or customs charges that may relate to your online purchases.
  • Delivery times may increase during promotional periods.
  • Please allow 24hours for the warehouse to process your order if it was placed on a Weekend or Public Holiday
  • Once your order has been scanned you will receive a shipping email and you will be able to begin tracking your shipping.
  •  Once your parcel has been delivered to the shipping address, Gloworx Lights takes no responsibility for any damage, loss or theft that may occur.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If you would prefer another colour of the same light item, send us an email to hello@gloworx.co.nz requesting this and we can organise an exchange. Return and resending shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

RETURNS POLICY

  • If you want to return your order, we offer a 14day return window from the date your parcel is received.
  • Please ensure the light is in it's original packaging, not damaged or defected in any way. Send us a detailed email with your reason for returning the product to hello@gloworx.co.nz. 
  • Return shipping is at the buyers expense and we recommend using tracked shipping in case the loss of product occurs. The order must be returned within 7 days from the date the return is lodged.
  • We will then be in touch within 2-3 working days regarding your return. Please allow up to 14 working days to complete the process of your return

RETURN TYPES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Full priced items are eligible for a full refund or store credit

Discounted items are eligible for a store credit only

Discounted items over 50% cannot be returned
