Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, please contact us at hello@gloworx.co.nz

We will then send instructions of how and where to send the item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and we recommended using tracked shipping. In order to get a refund, please ensure the item is unused and in it's original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue.

Exchanges
Changed your mind? No worries, we're happy to offer you another product of the same value or a store credit.

Refunds
Once we've received your return we will notify you that your refund has been approved. You will be automatically refunded the original amount within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
